Sophia is a Mediterranean-inspired concept focused on exceptional food and service. We operate from Williamsburg's waterfront from May 1st through November 30th. This role is seasonal, however, there will be many work opportunities in the off season to execute catering and events business.
We have full-time and part-time opportunities. Shifts available in mornings and evenings.
Requirements:
- Positive energy and attitude
- High standards in food service and preparation

- Food service experience
- Driver's License & willingness to learn how to tow food cart
- Mobile Food Vendor License or willingness to obtain (nice to have)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and package beverages and food items in line with instruction & training
- Take customer orders and facilitate transactions on Clover POS
- Stock food cart daily for service
- Help transport and set-up food cart
- Clean food cart at the end of the night
This role will require you to stand long hours and lift heavy objects of 40+lbs.
