Job description:
Handyman – Multi-Property Maintenance (Full-Time, Day Shift)
We are seeking a reliable, skilled Handyman to join our team and service multiple properties on a daily basis. This is a field-based position that involves traveling between job sites, completing scheduled maintenance tasks, and maintaining strong communication with the office throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and repair work across multiple properties
Handle basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, plastering, and painting tasks
Follow a daily schedule and efficiently move from one job site to another
Communicate job progress, issues, and completion updates with the office in real time
Ensure all work is completed in a timely and professional manner
Maintain a clean and safe work environment at each site
Requirements:
Proven experience in general handyman work (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, plaster, paint)
Valid driver’s license (required)
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively on the road
Strong communication skills and responsiveness with office staff
Must have your own tools for day-to-day tasks
Ability to handle a fast-paced schedule and “hustle” between jobs
