Menchy Cleaning & Restoration is hiring motivated, hands-on people to join our emergency water and fire damage restoration team.
You’ll work on real residential and commercial restoration projects across NY & NJ, assisting with water extraction, structural drying, fire cleanup, light demolition, equipment setup, job documentation, and client support.
This is a strong opportunity for someone with construction, trade, cleaning, demolition, maintenance, or field-service experience who wants to grow into a Lead Technician or Project Manager role.

- Good with their hands
- Reliable and physically capable
- Comfortable using tools and working on jobsites
- Able to lift 40+ lbs
- Calm, respectful, and professional with clients
- Willing to learn restoration standards and company systems

Requirements:
Valid U.S. driver’s license
Clean driving record preferred
