Host / Hostess & Food Runner Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables
Manage reservations, including making, adjusting, and confirming bookings
Coordinate seating arrangements and large party accommodations
Maintain the overall flow, ambiance, and guest experience of the restaurant
Answer guest questions regarding menu items, drinks, and specials
Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently
Assist in managing the host team and supporting waitstaff to ensure smooth service
Create and maintain host/hostess schedules
Deliver food promptly and accurately while ensuring presentation standards
Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a high-end, fast-paced restaurant environment
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to adapt quickly and remain composed under pressure
Professional appearance and positive attitude
English speaking required
Server Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of restaurant/nightclub experience
Strong hospitality and customer service background
Knowledge of POS systems
Basic food safety and food allergy knowledge
Food Handler’s License is a plus
Attention to cleanliness, detail, and safety
Excellent communication skills
