A furnished apartment will be provided in the same building so the hired person can be on-site, respond to apartment tour inquiries by email, and show available apartments to prospective renters.
Main Responsibilities:
- Respond to apartment tour inquiries by email promptly and professionally.
- Show available apartments to prospective renters.
- Provide basic information about pricing, availability, amenities, and application steps as instructed by management.
- Follow up with prospects after showings when needed.
- Update management regarding showings, feedback, and interested applicants.
