We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing to manage the full leasing cycle from listing creation and marketing to tenant placement and lease execution. This role combines both sales (leasing) and administrative (listing & coordination) responsibilities to ensure efficient and successful occupancy of rental properties.
Key Responsibilities
Greet, engage, and qualify prospective tenants via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
Conduct property in-person tours highlighting features, amenities, and benefits
Explain leasing terms, rental rates, policies, and community guidelines
Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication throughout the leasing process
Deliver a high level of customer service to prospective and current tenants
Prepare and publish property listings across multiple rental platforms
Write clear and compelling property descriptions to attract qualified applicants
Manage rental applications, including screening, background/credit checks, and reference verification
Prepare, review, and execute lease agreements in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Track application progress from inquiry to lease signing
Coordinate with applicants to ensure timely completion of all required steps
Maintain accurate records of listings, applications, leases, and communications in the company system
Manage scheduling of showings, move-ins, and move-outs through a shared calendar
Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure unit readiness
Assist with move-in coordination and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for tenants
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in leasing, real estate, or property management (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple listings simultaneously
Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing compliance (preferred)
Experience with property management systems - AppFolio preferred
Real Estate License preferred
