Brooklyn law firm specializing in immigration matters for non-US performing artists seeks a full-time case manager/paralegal.
We work closely with many leading record labels, talent agencies, and cultural institutions. Candidate should be meticulous, patient, and self-sufficient, and should have a keen interest in the performing arts and the music industry. Strong email and phone communication skills are essential. Responsibilities include client correspondence, analysis of case documentation, research, and preparation of immigration filings and supporting materials.
At minimum, candidate should have a bachelor's degree and two years of office experience. Familiarity with macOS and Google Workspace is strongly preferred; familiarity with FileMaker Pro is a plus.
Position is full-time, 10 am–6 pm ET, on a hybrid schedule. Fully remote workers may be considered.
Compensation & Benefits:
Expected salary range: $52,000–$84,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
