Jamaican restaurant in East Brooklyn is seeking a EXPERIENCED Full-time kitchen helper 3-11 weekends included. Applicant must be able to lift 50lbs or more. Applicant must be able to wash commercial heavy size pots and clean all areas of the kitchen. Applicant must be able to prepare all raw meats and vegetables for the Chef daily. Person must have experience, preferably from Caribbean restaurants with similar task.
