PERSONAL ASSISTANT
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support day-to-day operations and help organize the administrative side of our business. This position requires someone who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and eager to learn all job codes and workflows in order to create clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain company financial records through QuickBooks (invoicing, expense tracking, reconciliations).
• Assist with light bookkeeping and reporting tasks.
• Learn all company job codes, processes, and systems to document workflows.
• Create, organize, and maintain SOPs for ongoing business operations.
• Provide administrative support, scheduling, and project coordination for management.
• Help streamline communication and maintain digital filing systems.
Requirements:
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online or Desktop.
• Basic knowledge of accounting or administrative bookkeeping.
• Strong organizational and writing skills.
• Comfortable learning internal systems and documenting detailed workflows.
• Reliable, discreet, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience in an office, bookkeeping, or operations assistant role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
