This is an opportunity to work in a family-owned, professional, casual fine-dining environment where teamwork, passion, and hospitality matter. We are looking for someone who wants to learn, contribute, and help us take the restaurant to the next level.
Requirements:
Strong culinary background required
Knowledge of French cuisine is essential
Professional attitude and team-player mentality
NYC Food Protection Certificate required
Reliable commute to Brooklyn via A, C, J, M, or Z trains
Full-time availability
