Brooklyn based - must be local and able to visit in person
A new bar and cafe is seeking a food and beverage consultant and operations manager for our launch. Start date is immediate. We are looking at approx 16-20 hours of a week for planning and oversight in assistance with the owner. Much of the groundwork has been complete, for example we have a draft of food, cocktail menu and order spreadsheets already and vendors mostly secured.
