Pharmacy Tech Wanted Part-Time (Williamsburg, Brooklyn)
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team. This position is crucial in supporting the pharmacy operation and requires strong patient service skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have typing and billing experience and will assist in medication administration.
Responsibilities include preparing and dispensing medications accurately under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist, typing and billing prescriptions, managing inventory by restocking medications as needed, providing excellent patient service by answering questions and concerns.
Requirements include a minimum of 1 year of experience with BestRx, typing and billing medication experience, excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare staff, the ability to work collaboratively within a team while demonstrating attention to detail and organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
