Saturday & Sunday
Afternoon → Close (hours vary with service)
RESPONSIBILITIES
High-volume dishwashing
Taking out trash & recycling
Keeping floors, drains, and stations clean
Supporting kitchen and prep team as needed
End-of-night breakdown and reset
REQUIREMENTS
Punctual and dependable
Works with urgency and focus
Attention to cleanliness and detail
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
