Position: Warehouse Loader / Packer / Organizer
Seeking a strong, organized, dependable warehouse team member for a fast-paced event rental operation.
This is a physical, hands-on role for someone who takes pride in organization, efficiency, and leadership. We need someone who can help keep our warehouse running smoothly, inventory organized, and trucks loaded accurately for events across NYC.
Responsibilities:
* Load and unload tables, chairs, event furniture, equipment, and rental inventory
* Pull and pack orders accurately for upcoming deliveries
* Organize warehouse inventory and maintain clean storage areas
* Ensure equipment is properly staged, counted, and event-ready
* Assist with truck loading and unloading
* Help improve warehouse flow, organization, and efficiency
* Work alongside warehouse team and help lead by example
Requirements:
✔ Must be able to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly
✔ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
✔ Leadership mentality — someone who takes ownership and leads by example
✔ Dependable, punctual, and hardworking
✔ Must be authorized to work in the United States
✔ Must be able to reliably commute to Greenpoint, Brooklyn
✔ Warehouse / moving / logistics / event rental experience strongly preferred
✔ Forklift experience is a plus
