A growing waterfront hospitality venue in Red Hook, Brooklyn is seeking a strong Front of House Manager to help lead daily operations, develop the team, and assist in building a high-level hospitality culture.
We need someone to start ASAP
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid NYC hospitality management experience who is looking to grow into a larger leadership role. The position reports directly to the Director of Operations, with a clear path toward a future General Manager position for the right candidate.
Responsibilities include:
Running cohesive and efficient services
Leading and developing front of house staff
Assisting with onboarding and training new hires
Managing staff scheduling and daily floor operations
Helping implement systems and service standards
Maintaining a strong floor presence and guest experience
Qualifications:
Previous management experience in a busy hospitality environment required
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Passion for hospitality and team development
Open availability is an absolute must, including nights and weekends
Experience with Homebase scheduling software is a plus
Experience with Clover POS is a plus
