We are looking for a Full-time person, please only consider this position if you will remain working with us long term. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with our company.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Duties vary on a daily, monthly, and project basis.
Maintain files and records with effective filing systems.
Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system.
Basic HR and employee onboarding.
Reviewing vendor invoices and statements for discrepancies including contacting vendors where necessary.
Managing accounts payable and receivable.
Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedure.
Serve as the point person for office manager duties including maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, bills, errands, shopping.
Track & order supplies.
-Excel and Quickbook experience is REQUIRED.
-MUST speak Spanish
-Flexible schedule
This is an in-person position, no remote schedule is being offered at this time.
