FULL TIME GUEST SERVICES: NIGHT AUDITOR AGENT (11PM–7AM)
Design-driven boutique hotel in Greenpoint / Williamsburg seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and guest-focused overnight team member.
This is a full-time overnight role (40 hours/week) for someone who enjoys boutique style hospitality, works well both independently and as part of a small team, and can confidently manage the rhythm of a boutique hotel overnight. Because we are a smaller, hands-on property, we’re looking for someone who is flexible, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable wearing many hats throughout the shift.
Schedule:
11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
MUST be available weekends and holidays.
About Us:
We are an eclectic boutique hotel in Brooklyn with a relaxed but fast-paced environment focused on thoughtful hospitality, strong operational standards, and personalized guest experience. Because we are a smaller property, this is not a “sit behind the desk all night” role. The position combines guest service, hotel operations, night audit responsibilities, and light hands-on tasks throughout the property.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication skills and professional email etiquette
Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
Comfort working independently overnight
Reliable, punctual, and organized
Positive attitude and calm under pressure
Guest-facing hospitality or boutique hotel experience strongly preferred
Comfortable multitasking between front desk and operational responsibilities
Comfortable with the physical aspects of the role including luggage assistance, breakfast setup, inventory handling, stocking, and moving throughout the property during the shift
Strong computer literacy (Mac + Google Suite preferred)
Responsibilities Include:
Welcoming and assisting guests throughout the overnight shift
Handling check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest requests
Night audit reporting and balancing daily hotel operations
Preparing and maintaining breakfast setup
Mini bar/snack inventory count and operational upkeep
Coordinating packages, deliveries, and guest communications
Supporting cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards throughout the property
Communicating important operational updates to management and other shifts
Requirements:
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. with valid Social Security number
Must speak and write English professionally
Must be able to move throughout the property and assist with luggage when needed
Must be dependable and consistently on time
Weekend and holiday flexibility is mandatory
Compensation: $18–$20/hour depending on experience
Employment Type: Full-Time
No health benefits available at this time.
