MEAT Restaurant is looking for an experienced and passionate Bartender to join our team. We are a high-volume fine dining steakhouse focused on exceptional hospitality, premium cocktails, and an outstanding guest experience.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve classic and craft cocktails, wine, beer, and specialty beverages.
Deliver attentive, professional service to guests at the bar and in the dining room.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
Assist with inventory control and daily bar setup/closing duties.
Work collaboratively with servers, management, and kitchen staff.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years bartending experience (fine dining preferred).
Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, and beer.
Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation:
