Gus & Marty’s is a modern Greek neighborhood restaurant in Williamsburg focused on warm hospitality, seasonal cooking, and a thoughtful Greek wine program. We are looking for a strong hospitality professional to join our team in a hybrid role as Lead Server and Weekend Floor Manager.
This position is ideal for someone who loves being on the floor with guests but is also comfortable helping lead service and supporting the team during our busiest nights. You must have excellent people skills and managing skills.
Schedule (4 shifts per week)
Sunday – Server
Monday – Server
Friday – Floor Manager
Saturday – Floor Manager
Serving shifts participate in the tip pool. Weekend shifts are paid as a management role.
* MUST BE EXCELLENT WITH RESY and know how to manage the backend
* MUST have experience serving
* This role will order liquor and do invenory
3+ years experience in a New York restaurant
