SERVER – BRADO NYC THIN CRUST PIZZA
We're looking for an experienced server to join our team at BRADO NYC Thin Crust Pizza.
BRADO is part of the NYC Thin Crust Pizza restaurant group. With 5 locations and more than 20 years in business, we are known for our neighborhood-driven dining rooms, loyal clientele, and welcoming hospitality.
This is a part-time serving position with AM shifts only (Tuesday–Friday lunch service).
We are looking for someone who is, above all, kind, caring, and hospitality-driven, while also being efficient, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Our team is cross-trained, so the ability to assist with phones, takeout operations, and overall floor flow is essential.
The ideal candidate is reliable, proactive, and confident in all aspects of guest-facing hospitality, including the ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions when needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide warm, attentive, and efficient service to guests
* Answer phones and assist with takeout orders as needed
* Prepare beverages, including beer, wine, and cocktails
* Assist with food running and overall service flow
* Maintain cleanliness, organization, and restaurant standards throughout service
* Support teammates and contribute to a positive work environment
REQUIREMENTS
* Prior NYC serving experience preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask and remain composed during busy periods
* Reliable, accountable, and detail-oriented
* Comfortable stepping into different roles as needed
* Ability to work independently while remaining a strong team player
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Basic beer, wine, and liquor knowledge
* Familiarity with delivery platforms such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub
* Experience with RESY or similar reservation systems
* NYC Food Handler Certificate (or willingness to obtain one within 3 months)
* Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus

* Must be able to stand for extended periods and carry trays and plates
* Consistent Tuesday–Friday lunch availability required
