Black Forest Brooklyn and Fritz Cocktail Bar are looking for a full-time Server/Bartender to join our team ahead of a busy World Cup season.
This is a hybrid role with shifts across all three of our Brooklyn locations, including both Black Forest Brooklyn and Fritz Cocktail Bar. Candidates should feel comfortable working in different environments — from high-volume beer hall service to cocktail-focused bar shifts.
We are looking for someone who can confidently bartend while also being a strong floor server when needed. Please only attend the open call if you have prior bartending experience.

ABOUT US
We are a small independent hospitality group with three locations in Fort Greene and Boerum Hill:
• Black Forest Brooklyn – two lively German biergartens and restaurants
• Fritz Cocktail Bar – a Berlin-inspired craft cocktail bar
We focus on consistency, strong systems, teamwork, and genuine hospitality. We’re preparing for a very busy season and are looking for people who take pride in their work and support the team around them.

Bartender applicants should have at least 2 years of experience in a cocktail-focused bar.
