Operations & Project Coordinator for IT Company- Remote

A growing New York City based IT Company seeks to hire a part-time, remote Operations Coordinator.
We are looking for tech a Savvy Assistant well organized individual to assist with daily administrative duties. The Assistant will help with data entry, client communications, vendor communications, project organization, Tech scheduling and other daily tasks.
Responsibilities -
Answer calls and emails
Route communication to corresponding department/person
Scheduling and dispatch technicians
Job and project coordination
Material/equipment purchasing
Reporting jobs completed/closed
Requirements -
Experience as an office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
Computer / Tech savvy.


Compensation: $25 per hr
