Responsibilities
Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
Expand existing relationship with current customers through needs based process
Qualifications
Bilingual Preferred: Spanish/Russian
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
Life, Accident, and Health license (must be able to obtain)
