IMMEDIATE HIRE- FULL TIME POSITION
We are seeking an experienced, licensed mobile food vendor to operate our restaurant's food truck. NO COOKING OR FOOD PREPARATION WILL BE PERFORMED ON THE TRUCK.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILTIES:
Report to the restuarant promptly at 10:00am
Pick up Prepared food and supplies from the restaurant
Properly load and organize the food truck
Drive the truck safely to the designated service location.
Arrive, set and be ready to open at 11:00 a.m.
Serve guests in a friendly, professional and efficient manner.
Accept customer payments through the restuarnt payment system
Maintain food quality, cleanliness, organization and proper service standards throughout the shift.
Close the truck at 7:00p.m.
Drive the truckback to the restaurant and return restuarant kitchenware
Clean the interior of the truck, include wiping surfaces, sweeping, and washing or spraying down the floor.
Properly secure and park the truck.
Complete the workday at approximately 8:00p.m.
SCHEDULE
10:00 am to 8:00 p.m. Full time availability is required.
Qualifications:
Valid mobile food vendor vendor license or required food handling certification.
Valid drivers license and ability to safely operate a 14" box truck
Previous food service, food truck, catering or customer service experience preferred.
Dependable, punctual and availablefor immediate hire.
Comfortable handling payments and interacting directly with guests.
Strong attention to cleanliness, food quality, orgnizationand quality assurance.
Positive attitude and professional appearance.
Passion for hospitality, food and excellent customer service.
Able to load, unload, clean and remain active throughout the shift.
