Sweet Catch BK is looking for an **experienced**, energetic, reliable, and hardworking **Barback / Food Runner / Busser** to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment, enjoy working with people, and take pride in providing great service, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
* Support bartenders by stocking, replenishing, and maintaining the bar throughout service
* Deliver food quickly and accurately from the kitchen to guests
* Clear and reset tables efficiently
* Keep dining room, bar, and service stations clean and organized
* Refill ice, glassware, garnishes, and other bar supplies
* Assist the front-of-house team wherever needed to ensure smooth service
* Help maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
Qualifications
* **At least 3 years of restaurant experience as a barback, food runner, or busser is required**
* **Weekend availability is required (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)**
* Must be able to **lift at least 35 pounds**
* Basic bar knowledge is required
* Punctual, dependable, and professional
* Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
* Team player who communicates well with others
* Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
