About This Opportunity We are currently hiring Line Cooks for multiple restaurant and hotel clients throughout New York City and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for cooks who enjoy a fast-paced environment, take pride in food quality, and are looking for consistent work with reputable hospitality employers. This version helps candidates understand they're applying through a staffing agency and that there may be multiple placement opportunities available. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and restaurant standards Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies Maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked throughout shifts Assist with food prep, inventory, and kitchen closing duties Work efficiently during busy service periods Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management Qualifications Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and food quality Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
