Falansai is searching for a new person to join our kitchen team. We are a small restaurant and team located in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Making charcuterie, sauces, soups , roasted meats, seafood and many other delicious dishes is a big part of our job along with maintaining a clean and organized restaurant that go above NYC DOH standards.
Ideal candidates should have some basic knowledge or interest of Vietnamese and Mexican flavors, culture and cuisine.
Please have full availability. The schedule consists of daytime and evening shifts. Must be able to follow recipes and produce consistent results while working independently. must have NYC food handlers card or be able to obtain one.

Falansai busca incorporar a una persona a nuestro equipo de cocina. Somos un pequeño restaurante ubicado en Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Preparar charcutería, salsas, sopas, carnes asadas, mariscos y muchos otros platillos deliciosos es una parte fundamental de nuestro trabajo, además de mantener un restaurante limpio y organizado que supere los estándares del Departamento de Salud de la Ciudad de Nueva York (NYC DOH).
Los candidatos ideales deben tener conocimientos básicos o interés en la gastronomía, la cultura y los sabores vietnamitas y mexicanos.
Se requiere disponibilidad completa. El horario incluye turnos de día y de noche. Es indispensable saber seguir recetas y obtener resultados consistentes trabajando de forma independiente. Se requiere tener la tarjeta de manipulador de alimentos de la Ciudad de Nueva York o poder obtenerla.
