WHAT YOU'LL DO
Build relationships with new and existing business owners
Present ValueCAP's financing solutions over the phone
Prospect and qualify potential clients
Meet and exceed sales goals
Schedule follow-up appointments
Maintain detailed and accurate notes in our CRM system
Work alongside an experienced funding team to maximize deal approvals
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Previous phone sales experience in financial services, merchant cash advance, mortgages, banking, loans, insurance, or a related industry is preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Highly organized and familiar with CRM systems
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
Strong work ethic and accountability
Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills
