# **Now Hiring: Insurance Claims Coordinator / Customer Service Representative (Russian & English Preferred)**
**Aces Auto Body Shop** is seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused **Insurance Claims Coordinator** to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who has excellent communication skills, enjoys helping customers, and can effectively work with insurance companies throughout the repair process.
## Responsibilities
* File new insurance claims with all major insurance companies.
* Follow up on existing claims until repairs are authorized.
* Communicate with insurance adjusters, appraisers, and claim representatives.
* Provide exceptional customer service by keeping customers informed throughout the repair process.
* Schedule inspections and coordinate repair appointments.
* Obtain claim status updates and document all communications.
* Assist customers with claim-related questions and paperwork.
* Follow up on supplements, payments, and approvals.
* Maintain accurate customer records and claim files.
* Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails professionally.
* Work closely with estimators and the production team to ensure a smooth repair process.
## Qualifications
* Fluent in **English** (required).
* **Russian-speaking is highly preferred.**
* Previous experience in customer service, insurance claims, or the automotive industry is a plus.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Professional phone etiquette.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
* Experience with CCC ONE or insurance claim systems is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
