Bar Louise — a dreamy cocktail bar in the heart of Park Slope — is looking for experienced Servers & Bartenders to join our growing crew!
We’re a neighborhood cocktail bar in the heart of Park Slope with bold drinks, a killer food menu, and a genuine love of hospitality. Whether it’s a beautifully crafted cocktail or a perfectly paced dinner service, we’re all about creating a warm, fun experience and making every guest feel well cared for.
What We’re Looking For
Experience. You have strong serving and/or bartending experience in a fast-paced, high-volume cocktail bar or restaurant.
Knowledge. You love great food and drinks and are excited to learn and talk confidently about seasonal menus, wine, spirits, and cocktails.
Hospitality. You’re warm, attentive, and know how to read a room and make people feel at home.
Teamwork. You hustle, communicate, and jump in wherever you’re needed. Everyone helps everyone here.
Availability. Nights and weekends are a must.
What You’ll Do
Guide guests through a warm, seamless experience from start to finish
Manage orders, checks, and table sections confidently and efficiently
Prepare and serve cocktails with care, consistency, and precision
Make thoughtful food, wine, and cocktail recommendations
Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized station
Stay current on menu ingredients, allergens, cocktails, and seasonal changes
Contribute to opening, sidework, and closing responsibilities
Work closely with the entire FOH and BOH team to keep service running smoothly
Bonus Points
Square or Toast POS experience
NYC Food Protection Certificate
Strong food, wine, cocktail, and spirits knowledge
Great references and an even better attitude
