We are seeking a dedicated, nurturing, and experienced Pre-K Lead Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for working with young children and a strong understanding of early childhood development.
The Lead Teacher will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment where children can learn, grow, and develop socially, emotionally, academically, and physically.
Responsibilities:
*Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate daily lessons and activities.
*Develop and maintain a structured, positive, and nurturing classroom environment.
*Support children's social-emotional development, communication skills, independence, and school readiness.
*Implement curriculum activities in accordance with school expectations and early childhood standards.
*Differentiate instruction to meet the individual needs and developmental levels of students.
*Establish positive and professional relationships with parents and families.
*Communicate regularly with families regarding children's progress, accomplishments, and areas for growth.
*Collaborate with assistant teachers, administrators, specialists, and other members of the school community.
*Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
*Follow all school policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
*Participate in staff meetings, professional development, school events, and other required activities.
