Location: Brooklyn, NY
Pay Rate: $34–$35/hour

We are seeking experienced LPNs with nursing home/long-term care experience to join a dedicated healthcare team. This is an excellent opportunity for compassionate and skilled nurses committed to providing exceptional resident care.
Requirements:
• Active NYS LPN License
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing home/long-term care experience required
• Strong clinical skills and professionalism
• EPIC experience is a plus
Available Shifts:
• Days: 7:00 AM – 3:15 PM
• Evenings: 3:00 PM – 11:15 PM
• Nights: 11:00 PM – 7:15 AM
• Every other weekend
• Weekend-only positions available
