Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with exceptional hospitality, creating a calming first impression
Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations across multiple service providers
Administer AI analysis for scalp and hair assessment, interpret results, and explain findings to guests (comprehensive training provided)
Guide guests through the botanical bar experience and craft personalized treatment plates for each guest
Process payments, handle transactions, and manage point-of-sale system
Conduct consultations to recommend appropriate treatments based on guest needs
Maintain reception area cleanliness and ensure relaxing ambiance
Handle guest concerns with grace and find appropriate solutions
Support retail sales and maintain attractive product displays
Coordinate with therapists to ensure smooth treatment transitions
What We're Looking For:Experience & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent required

Professional phone etiquette and email communication
Cash handling and POS system experience preferred
