Busy beer garden located in heart of Williamsburg is looking for a dishwasher with at least 3 years of experience to join our energetic team.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with DOH regulations, “A” level cleanliness expected
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with inventory best practices: FIFO, stock rotation and storage
• Maintain cleanliness in kitchen when orders lax and/or as required
Job Requirements:
• Available to work days / nights / weekends / holidays
• Clean restock stations either before during, and after service
• Keep the windows and perimeters clean
• Clean bathrooms on a routinely based schedule
• Receive food and dry goods orders and properly store them
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be punctual and reliable
• Positive and energetic attitude as part of a diverse team
• Willing and eager to learn new techniques under our Head Chef
• Must be focused on their work and not easily distracted
