Auto Body Shop Assistant
Location: Brooklyn
We are a busy, growing collision repair facility in Brooklyn looking for a reliable, hardworking individual. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in the collision repair industry and learn every aspect of the business from start to finish.
Schedule
Monday–Friday
7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Fast-paced work environment
Responsibilities
Open and prepare the shop each morning
Move vehicles safely in and out of the facility
Stage vehicles so technicians have the right cars in the correct work areas
Wash and detail completed vehicles (interior and exterior)
Perform quality control inspections prior to vehicle delivery
Receive, inspect, organize, and stock parts for repair jobs
Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
Break down boxes and dispose of packaging materials
Assist with general shop operations as needed
Requirements
** Valid driver's license **
** Clean driving record **
Excellent driving and parking skills
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift and move automotive parts and materials
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Compensation
Starting Pay: $18–$20 per hour, based on experience
