Server — Aita Restaurant (Clinton Hill) Aita is an established neighborhood restaurant in Clinton Hill focused on seasonal Italian cooking, thoughtful service, and a strong sense of hospitality. We are currently looking to add a server to our Front of House team for the spring/summer season. This is a structured, fast-paced environment where attention to detail, consistency, and awareness of the room are essential. Service at Aita is natural but grounded in strong fundamentals — timing, communication, and presence on the floor. What we’re looking for Prior NYC restaurant experience preferred Ability to manage a section with consistency and awareness Strong communication with both guests and kitchen Interest in food, wine, and hospitality Professional, reliable, and team-oriented Responsibilities Maintain a clean, organized section Execute service with proper timing and attention to detail Communicate effectively with the kitchen and team Contribute to a smooth, consistent flow of service Requirements Weekend availability required Experience with POS systems (Toast preferred) Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly + tips Employee meals Expected total earnings: $30–$45/hour with tips depending on experience and shifts Access to NY Secure Choice Retirement Savings Program Structured, professional work environment Opportunities for growth within the team
