HEAD BARTENDER – NEW RESTAURANT OPENING
Mil Gustos Hospitality Group is excited to announce the opening of our newest restaurant, Voodoo Queen, coming to Brooklyn at the end of September.
Voodoo Queen is a bold Soul Food and New Orleans-inspired concept, and we’re looking for an experienced, creative and hospitality-driven Head Bartender to help launch and lead our bar program.
This is more than a bartending position. You’ll have the opportunity to help develop our cocktail menu, establish bar standards and systems, train and lead the bar team, train servers and shape the overall guest experiencefrom day one.
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has strong bartending, spirits and cocktail knowledge
• Has experience developing creative and well-executed cocktail menus
• Can help train, motivate and lead a strong bar team
• Understands bar organization, prep, inventory, consistency and service standards
• Is energetic, organized, reliable and team-oriented
• Brings creativity, personality and a genuine passion for hospitality
• Is excited about the opportunity to put their stamp on a brand-new restaurant
