We're a neighborhood diner in the heart of Bedstuy and we're looking for a fast, friendly, upbeat, and experienced line cook to round out our team!
The position is 4 shifts, roughly 35 hours with no nights (Shifts range between 7AM and 6PM, WEEKENDS ARE REQUIRED). The position requires HIGH VOLUME prior restaurant cooking experience and specifically on fry and the flattop. Applicants MUST possess the ability to work independently as well as a valid physical NYC food handler's permit. A passion for cooking and the culinary arts are a plus but at the very least you must be someone who takes pride in their work, timely, organized and cleanly.
