Job Responsibilities
-Create great in-store experiences by knowing the products and teaming with coworkers to support sales
-Meet daily goals while maintaining strong service standards and store operations
-Engage every shopper with friendly, open-ended questions to understand their needs
-Stay current on new arrivals and trends to offer helpful recommendations
Preferred Qualifications:
-0–3 years of retail, customer service, or similar experience
-Comfortable starting conversations and providing an elevated customer experience
-Self-starter who takes initiative and follows through on tasks without constant direction
-Flexible schedule—able to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays
Good to Know:
Prior retail experience is preferred but not required—strong people skills and reliability go a long way!
