Ideally you have already closed a meaningful number of NYC rental transactions.
You should be:

* Currently licensed in New York
* Comfortable working Flatbush / Brooklyn
* Available for frequent showings

* Strong on follow-up
* Comfortable working nights/weekends when deals require it
* Self-directed
* Hungry for substantially more volume
* Able to handle pressure
* Someone who actually wants to make money
We care less about how many years you’ve had your license.
We care whether you produce.
