Ruth's Lounge is a high-energy, high-volume cocktail lounge and daytime cafe in Flatbush, featuring well-crafted classic cocktails. We're looking for servers and bartenders to join the team across daytime cafe service, evening bar service, and private events.
Servers: taking and serving drink and food orders, looking after guests, setting up and breaking down the space, and working private parties. Bartenders: making and serving classic cocktails with care, running the bar during service and events, and keeping the bar stocked and clean. For both, we want people who thrive in a fast-paced room, stay warm under pressure, and work well in a small team. Experience is welcome; cocktail experience is a strong plus for bartenders.
Schedule: Flexible, expect to work at least one weekend night per week
Pay: $11.35 per hour + tips
