Counter Server: ($16-$19ph + Tips)
The position is 3 weekend shifts to start. Prior serving, barista, or host experience is strongly preferred. AM AND WEEKEND AVAILABILITY ARE REQUIRED. Job duties include but are not limited to: Answering phones, packing to-go orders, preparing and running beverages (including non-alcoholic cocktails), running food and bussing tables. Weekend Fry Cook: ($20-$22ph)
The position is 2 shifts Sat/Sun, 16 hours (between 7am and 6pm) to start with room to grow to more days and hours based on performance. The position requires prior restaurant cooking experience and specifically on fry and the flattop. As a small business we look for everyone to do a little bit of everything so TEAM PLAYERS ONLY PLEASE. AM AND WEEKEND AVAILABILITY ARE REQUIRED. Lead Line Cook: ($23-$26ph)
The position is roughly 35-40 hours per week to start. Applicants MUST possess the ability to work independently as well as a NYC food handler's permit. A passion for cooking and the culinary arts are a plus but at the very least you must be someone who takes pride in their work, is organized and cleanly. The position requires prior restaurant cooking and specifically grill experience. We're looking for a LEADER. Management experience is welcomed but more than anything were looking for someone solution oriented who can motivate a team through their actions. Someone who is punctual, respectful and can command a kitchen. AM and weekend availability are required.
