As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to be a key player on our dynamic and innovative team.
Responsibilities, but not limited to:
* Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoices, and purchase orders.
* Reconcile accounts and maintain the general ledger.
* Track budgets, income, and expenses for properties and projects.
* Prepare financial reports and assist with property accounting.
* Organize vendor and project files; provide admin support.
Requirements:
* 3+ years full charge bookkeeping experience (real estate / construction preferred).
* Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and Google Workspace.
* Excellent attention to detail and communication skills (Russian is a plus).
* Must have U.S. work authorization.
