Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Construction Project Manager to lead, plan, and execute construction projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining quality and safety standards.
The Construction Project Manager will coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and clients, ensuring clear communication and efficient resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
Develop detailed project plans, defining project scope, goals, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Conduct feasibility assessments and risk analyses.
Oversee project scheduling and task delegation.
Stakeholder Communication
Act as the primary point of contact between clients, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
Facilitate regular progress meetings with stakeholders and project team.
Provide clear and timely updates on project status, risks, and milestones.
Budget & Resource Management
Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Approve procurement requests and manage contracts.
Optimize labor, equipment, and material resources.
On-Site Supervision & Quality Control
Ensure all construction activities comply with legal regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Monitor construction progress and address issues promptly.
Conduct quality assurance checks and resolve deficiencies.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Provide weekly and monthly project reports.
Ensure completion of required permits and approvals.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
Experience Minimum 5+ years in construction project management
Soft Skills Strong leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills
