Hi there, we have 3 Restaurant/Bars and are looking for support for our Management team. Black Forest Brooklyn has two German Beergardens and a Cocktail Bar called Fritz in Brooklyn. We are looking to hire an experienced friendly Assistant General Manager.
Responsibilities:
Create an amazing work environment for all staff by making sure Procedures are correctly followed at all times.
Oversee guest services and resolve issues.
Ensure a high quality of ingredients and drink preparation.
Train and manage all FOH staff.
Implement and maintain Systems.
Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.
Support with Communications and Marketing.
Management of Facility Maintenance.
​Qualifications:
NYC Food handlers card
Previous Restaurant management experience
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Full-time availability
