Have a multifamily brownstone in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn with 2 apartment units that are leased out.
I need someone to come to the front courtyard of the house twice a week on Monday night at 8pm, and Wednesday night at 8pm to bag the trash that is in the trash bins and place them on the curb directly outside the building. Then to put new trash bags into each of the trash bins. Should be less than 20 minutes each night. (Less than 40 minutes of work a week for 40$ a week!)
Trashbins would be provided. I need someone reliable that wont miss any of the days. If you live in the area and this sounds like you please reach out.
